Hi can you please help, The pspc SDK does not seem to download properly, after finishing downloading the SDK when launching the game it still says error, i try to wait but i’m only seeing a black screen i think the SDK is crucial but idk if there are any solutions to fully install the SDK on my PC

yeah no mate doesn’t work 🙁 i already tried that prior to my comment. The thing is it does not fully download the SDK so maybe it somethings blocking the SDK.msi stuff but i’ve basically given up tbh but i would appreciate a reply if someone has figured out how to fix this

It won’t run because the ffx_backend_dx12_x64.dll file is missing. I installed all uploaded files.
It’s missing because your PC might have deleted it.
Try to reinstall the game again with your windows defender and antivirus app off or try to replace the file, I couldn’t find much information about this file on searching platforms though.

You can add the parts you want into a folder on google drive and then download that folder instead.
But that doesn’t always work so if it doesn’t, use other links.
Just wondering, what is this Playstation PC SDK? Is it necessary for the game to run?

“It was initially the “Playstation SDK”, purchased by devs to make Playstation games. I’m assuming they licensed a similar product for the PC ports. Either your license is having issues or this is a new bug popping up in the game which could simply imply the SDK itself could not be initialized or one of many other things.”
And yes you have to have it to run the game.
It stated 75GB above, but after installed, it only showed approx. 52GB. Is this correct?
If you downloaded all the parts, extracted them right and then you can mount the ISO file then it’s okay.

Well you can see that the game is popular so many people are using it, google limits the times of a file to be download daily, I can’t do anything about that.
You can try to add those parts that you can’t download into one folder on google drive and download that folder instead.
If that trick doesn’t work, I can’t do anything else, try other links.

there is no japanese audio language in the game, whilst the game should be having japanese as a spoken language. why ?
