it seems the onedrive cloud or windows update did something wrong it got fix after reinstalling windows and c++ 2019

Me está saliendo este error, alguna solución, los componentes de mi PC son, AMD ryzen 5 3600, GPU GTX 1660 super, 16 GB ram, Windows 10 64bit pro
– Type Run in start, open it, type appdata and click ok.
– Open Local folder and find DeadIsland2 folder then click Saved and then Config and then WindowsNoEditor folders.
– Find GameUserSettings and unlock it, change WindowedMode=Fullscreen with WindowedMode=Windowed. save it and try to open the game.
