Update: I was able to fix the issue by downloading a torrented version instead, leading me to believe that yes it’s this download that’s the issue.

The game won’t launch. Recieves error code 0xc000007b. Adding OpenAL doesn’t fix issue.

There are a bunch of videos like these on youtube so if all of them couldn’t fix that for you, I don’t think I can.
