Phasmophobia is a 4 player online co-op psychological horror where you and your team members of paranormal investigators will enter haunted locations filled with paranormal activity and gather as much evidence of the paranormal as you can. You will use your ghost hunting equipment to search for and record evidence of whatever ghost is haunting the location to sell onto a ghost removal team.
You can choose to support your team by monitoring the location with CCTV cameras and motion sensors from the safety of the truck or head inside and get your hands dirty with the ghostly activity that will get increasingly hostile as time goes on.
Immersive Experience: Realistic graphics and sounds as well as having minimal user interfaces will ensure a totally immersive experience that will keep you on your toes.
Cross platform: Phasmophobia supports all players whether they have VR or not so can enjoy the game with your VR and non VR friends.
Co-op multiplayer: Play alongside your friends with up to 4 players in this co-op horror where teamwork is key to your success.
Unique Ghosts: Over 10 different types of Ghosts all with unique traits meaning each investigation will be different.
Investigate: Use well known ghost hunting equipment such as EMF Readers, Spirit Boxes, Thermometers and Night Vision Cameras to find clues and gather as much paranormal evidence as you can.
Full Voice Recognition: The Ghosts are listening! Use your actual voice to interact with the Ghosts through Ouija Boards and EVP Sessions using a Spirit Box.

Let’s see if anyone can help me. When I start the game, which doesn’t require an installation, I enter a game automatically, but the character loops to regenerate, without me being able to use any commands. Anyone know how to fix?
These are some fixes I found, check them:
#1.) DO NOT run the game with Administrator, for some reason this causes the game to break in many ways. If you can’t run it without administrator then see #2.
#2.) If the game asks you to run it with admin privileges then ENSURE the game is running on a Drive other than your C: drive as the C: drive for some reason requires the game
to run as administrator. If you only have 1 drive (C:) then you’ll need to make a Virtual Drive. (PERFORM AT YOUR OWN RISK. This example will create one with drive letter W:) Open the Command Prompt and type
subst W: [Phasmaphobia Folder Location/Path]replacing W: with your chosen drive letter (MUST NOT BE AN EXISTING DRIVE. If your path contains spaces, surround in quotations).If you want to remove the virtual drive, open the Command Prompt and type
subst W: /Dreplacing W: with your virtual drive letter.#3.) Make sure Steam is open in the background and that you are logged into the Friends menu in the bottom right of the Steam Software (Sometimes you may appear to be logged into steam but not in the actual friends list of steam).
#4.) If you are using the cracked version from IGG-GAMES then make sure you DON’T delete the ‘OnlineFix’ website shortcut as deleting it appears to have made people’s games get stuck at 90% or even crash.
#5.) Make SURE Coolphobia is on version 0.5.1 (See my other Guide on how to get Coolphobia working if you need the download/instructions).
#1.) In your Phasmaphobia game directory (Assuming you’ve downloaded the game), open
dlllistand remove ‘PhotonBridge.dll’ from the text file then save and close. Then remove the files ‘Launcher.exe’ and ‘PhotonBridge.dll’ as you won’t be needing them anymore.#2.) Download Coolphobia 0.5.1 (NOT VERSION 0.4 FROM IGG-GAMES) and extract the files somewhere like your Phasmaphobia game directory for easy access.
#3.) Signup to the PhotonEngine, press ‘CREATE A NEW APP’.
#4.) On the PhotonEngine, set the type to ‘Photon PUN’ and give it any name then hit create (Leave Description and URL blank).
#5.) After it’s created copy the ‘App ID’ (click on it if it won’t appear fully). That ‘App ID’ is what you and you and your friends need to connect to the private server.
#6.) Launch Phasmaphobia, once you’re in the game launch Coolphobia
coolphobialoader.exe.You should see a menu that you can interact with by heading to the Projector (or by pressing SPACE on keyboard).
#7.) In the top left, enter the App ID in the box and press ‘Connect To [App ID]’. If the IP appears as anything BUT ‘ns.exitgames.com:5058′ then it’s working, go a head and create a Public/Private game (Only those who are connected to that App ID can join the Public/Private servers).
NOTE: If people can’t hear you AND you cannot hear them. Check Coolphobia in the top left if ‘Voice IP’ says ‘True/Joined’, if it says False, Joining, Failed etc then
try the button ‘Disconnect from Voice Chat’ and then ‘Connect to Voice Chat (use in room)’ and if it still does not say ‘True/Joined’ then make a new server/room.
I don’t see ‘CREATE A NEW APP’. on PhotonEngine.
Nevermind I resolved it but now my game keeps looping and I can’t move at all.

a full guide for the mp:
1. download the 0.174 version of the game and extract it
2. if it has the photon launcher you can disable it by opening the dlllist and delete PhotonBridge.dll from the list or you can simply remove PhotonBridge.dll from the main game folder.
3. download the coolphobia loader and extract it on any folder https://mega.nz/file/n8MkDR…
4. Start the game and wait for the load to finish (find yourself in the empty room)
5. Minimize the game, launch coolphobia.exe as administrator, wait for it to close.
6. Expand the game, a menu should appear. Click “Connect to servers”.

i also see people fix the problem by replacing steam_api64.dll from my 0.173 to 0.174 but i don’t do much stuffs in technical field so i don’t know how :((
