Dx12 is some graphics thing that came along with the next gen witcher 3 update as an optional thing that borked performance on PC
well then from other people’s experiences, this game doesn’t really work with x12, you have to use x11 instead, at least for the old updates, I don’t know about the later ones.

I fucked up a big time. I installed these hotfixes again thinking i haven’t installed it, first time i had installed the crack by codex, after that now i installed crack by flt. Now the game won’t start. Please help me. I verified the files after installing the hotfix and it’s showing some missing and corrupted files. What should I do now , please help! I can’t download the game again ((
the best solution is to uninstall the game and then do a clean install but I suppose you deleted the files?
you can see what’s in the FLT folder and delete them in the game install folder, then apply the CODEX again
if you also don’t have them because you deleted them or use the cut function instead of copy-paste then I don’t think I can help…
