This game is a Walking Simulator, where you experience multiple Liminal Spaces and Backrooms Levels, separated by Tapes (Chapters).

In the first tape, The Tape of Josh:

You work in the cinema as an usher and accidentally fell into the Backrooms, now being trapped, needing to unravel the mysteries of the yellow rooms in order to get out of this place, but be careful, there are entities that will be in your way.

hi, I tried to install the game (installed parts 1 and 2 and then 7zip), when I try to start it it says “I can’t find thebackroomsLT.exe”, in the message it says I can browse but I can’t find it. I tried to put this “TheBackroomsLT-Win64-Shipping” but it still doesn’t work. How can I do?

you have to extract both parts together like this: https://youtu.be/OtgocG6x8mA
and then you will have the ISO file
then mount it, then have the EXE file, then run it to install the game.

Hi, thanks I solved it, I made a mistake by extracting the ISO into another folder and therefore the two game folders were separated. Thank you very much 🙂
