The web-crawler returns in this Spider-Man adventure based on the Amazing Spider-Man motion picture. Well simply put it, IT’S CRAP! the game wouldn’t load, keeps trying to open up on steam as it creates a STEAMSTART file within the Program Files directory every time you try and run the game, and it’s not my PC specs as it’s a custom gaming PC I built myself!

my spider man game is not starting ….help
1. Make sure you have DIRECT X installed, it can be downloaded from anywhere, just type DirectX download for pc and will show up. If you don’t have DirectX downloaded, you cant run this game, in fact, You can’t run ANY game. Also make sure you are downloading the DirectX version supported bye your SYSTEM.
2. If DIRECTX isn’t the problem, then make sure you have visual redistributable.
3. Set the GAME and the LAUNCHER AS ADMINISTRATOR, set BOTH of them to ADMINISTRATOR.
4. Lastly, the problem you all have is the not launching problem, to fix that, just open launcher, set the graphical qualities, resolution, textures, etc;, to the level your PC can run it, and close the launcher, THEN run the GAME, it worked for me. The problem causing this no launch option( or greyed out launch game option in launcher) is the video memory of you GPU, the videomemeory of the GPU is not meeting the MINIMUM requirements of the GAME, thats why, but you can bypass this requirement by doing the STEP 4, from the beginning.
