Game says “Steam client running in offline mode” won’t save progress. please help!
never heard of that so I can’t find much info on it but some people also couldn’t play this game and someone said this:
“I figured it out and not only got the game to work, but also the DLC. How I manage to get it working is by changing the name of “steam_api.dll” to something else like “0steam_api.dll”. Reason why is because there is a another dll file called “_steam_api.dll”. I renamed that to just “steam_api.dll” so I just basically swapped both files.
As for the the DLC, just get the crack from the older version of this game (Labeled simply “Sonic and All-Stars Racing Transformed. WITHOUT the word Collection in the title), extract the crack files in the root folder of this game here (except the application or execution file inside the crack. The “ASN_App_PcDx9_Final.exe” file im talking about). And make sure you have the “steam_rld.ini” file renamed to “steam_api.ini”. Next make sure you have the DLC unlocked and have all the DLC IDs. If you don’t here are the IDs for Metal Sonic & OutRun Bay, Ryo, and Yogscast.
Metal Sonic & OutRun Bay is DLC001=229660
Ryo Hazuki is DLC002=271030
And Yogscast is DLC003=264600″

I don’t know if you can change the language of this version but you can try to edit the language line in .ini file (example steam_api.ini or steam_emu.ini or codex.ini or skidrow.ini or 3dmgame.ini) if your windows hide the common extensions, the name of file will be without the ini, example “steam_api”. the icon looks like a txt file icon)
Help Pls game is not launching just shows a white screen then closes. But the Launcher where the settings are is opening just the main game isn’t.
In the game install folder, try to change the name of “steam_api.dll” file to “0steam_api.dll” then change the name of “_steam_api.dll” file to “steam_api.dll”, basically swap them files.

it runs well on windows 10. just make an exception for the steam api or windows defender will block it
after installation i put the crack file on game directory and it works but after i extracted the dlc it wont work anymore
