Trying to install ‘Resident Evil 7 Biohazard update 13.06.2022 – 08.05.2023.exe’ just hangs for me on the “finalizing installation” bit. Full game install took around 10 minutes but this has been stuck for ages. No CPU or memory activity for the processes. Have tried uninstalling and rebooting.

We also found that they might had blocked ip from some countries or their system are having some errors, try use VPN if the other method doesn’t work, just some free ones or the VPN on Opera web browser.

Nope ^^ It’s actually the opposite way, you should block the game’s exe in your firewall to prevent the game from trying to go online, also turn off your windows defender and antivirus app before extracting and installing the game ^^

is there a way to change the google links, downloads have exceeded but normally id click add to my drive, make a copy in order to download.
