from my knowledge, this error appears because the crack file is deleted.
this ElAmigos version is already cracked after installation so I assume that your windows defender or antivirus app might have deleted that file after the installation.
for this, I think you should uninstall the game then disable your antivirus app + windows defender then reinstall the game.

Follow this instruction with your windows defender and antivirus app off ^^
1. Extract
2. Burn or mount the .iso
3. Run setup.exe and install
4. Copy all crack files from CODEX folder to install folder.

Probably this is because you forgot to copy the crack or you put the crack to wrong folder or your antivirus delete the crack file. The solution is disable your antivirus and replace the crack file into the game install directory ^^
