Prometheus Wept is a turn-based, party-based isometric role playing game set on Earth, in the aftermath of the digital apocalypse.

Imagine a near-future Earth where technology has become even more integrated and essential to daily life. Imagine the sudden destruction of all our digital technology, in less than a day, by an unprecedented cyber-attack. The virus tears apart the global web of largely automated agriculture, production and transport. Communications systems are silenced, as healthcare is amputated, and global financial systems flat-line.

Imagine generations of chaos, widespread loss of life, the backslide into barbarism, and the fragmenting of nations into insular city states. Become a wandering Classical Technologist, surviving among the splintered remnants of humanity, searching for and attempting to restore the technological relics of humanity’s golden age.
