I found a solution to the problem that the game does not want to start, in two steps:
1- Delete the file (initfs_Win32) which inside (Patch) folder
2- Download, unzip, copy and paste this Crack Fix into the game’s folder http://www.mediafire.com/file/44xav4tsih8vxix/fix.zip/file-

Sorry, mega links are dead so the one you used was onedrive instead, and they can be temporarily unavailable sometimes, then those parts one google could be limited (I opened them myself and part 3 and 4 were fine but 5 was limited), added new MEDIAFIRE links, hope that’ll help you ^^

But people want to play this game so bad so we uploaded it anyway, and since it’s not the final product and was so old, it wasn’t good, and now from you guys’ feedback it seems like it doesn’t work anymore. Therefore, try the ElAmigos one instead ^^

There are three method to change game language, first is from game options (if available), second is from language changer (if available), third is by edit language line in .ini file (example steam_api.ini or steam_emu.ini or codex.ini or skidrow.ini or 3dmgame.ini) if your windows hide the common extensions, the name of file will be without the ini, example “steam_api”. the icon looks like a txt file icon). However, not all games support multi language, check game language info before you do this action ^^
