the game is not working
Just downloaded and tried myself and the game worked fine.
so why is it giving me a black screen every time i open it
its sound is working but the screen is just black
that’s a common error and there are tons of reasons for it, try:
• Block the game on your Windows Firewall: https://youtu.be/wczz0Oao8F4
• Add the game installation folder and also your Windows temporary folder to the Antivirus exclusions section.
• Check if you have enough space for installation
• Run the installer as admin
• Install in another HDD or Drive (& Not Drive C)
• Install the following packages (Complete Visual C Redistributable, Direct X & SDK): https://gamepcfull.com/software-essentials/
• Install the game in Safe Mode. https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/help/12376/windows-10-start-your-pc-in-safe-mode
