it says EMP.dll file not found reinstalling the program may fix this….i did tried again without any kind of firewall or defender but still this continues
Go into your windows defender’s protection history to see if that file is there, restore it.
If it isn’t there. Extract the file again because your windows defender had definitely deleted it, then stop your windows defender from deleting it.
