I couldn’t find steam.emu for this game (it is the file used in the videos you gave) but I was able to change language (to french) by modifying the file codex.cfg in the folder \It Takes Two\Nuts\Binaries\Win64
I replaced the 2 “en_US” by “fr-FR” and I replaced “US” by “FR” and “USD” by “EUR” (I don’t know if it is useful).
It seems to work, I hope it will work for everybody 🙂

JUGAR EN LOCAL CON 2 PERSONAS (MANDO GENÉRICO)
¡Hola! Quería compartir mi experiencia por si acaso ayuda a alguien más. Estuve buscando durante horas una solución a un problema que tenía, pero no encontré ninguna respuesta útil. Sin embargo, al final, logré resolverlo por mi cuenta. Descargué el juego “No oficial” desde este enlace “https://gamepciso.com/?s=IT…“. Cuando lo probé, me di cuenta de que no reconocía el mando, y para colmo, no permitía jugar en modo cooperativo (aparentemente solo se podía jugar en solitario con el teclado).
La solución que encontré fue utilizar una única cuenta oficial de Steam. Desde la biblioteca de Steam, seleccioné la opción para añadir un producto que no es de Steam. Elegí el juego “It Takes Two” y ¡listo! Lo ejecuté desde Steam, ya que este programa sí reconoce los dos mandos genéricos que tengo. Así que pude disfrutar del juego en modo local de 2 jugadores sin problemas. Espero que esta solución pueda ser útil para alguien más que se encuentre en la misma situación.

Did you apply the crack by copying all the crack contents from the CODEX folder to the game install folder?
is this the option Copy contents of CODEX directory to installdir? when yes i tryed it already but when i start the game it says that origin is still running but its not

I don’t think so since you don’t connect to your steam :((
where I get a 100% save my game crashed I corrupted it, it was 8h playing or more
maybe the crack isn’t smooth, sorry for that :<<
