Half-Life: Alyx is Valve’s VR return to the Half-Life series. It’s the story of an impossible fight against a vicious alien race known as the Combine, set between the events of Half-Life and Half-Life 2.

I’m encountering many issues with this. i downloaded both. when trying to start them i get this prompt: ‘steamvr failed initialization with error code vriniterror_init_installationcorrupt: “installation corrupt (101)”. please verify steamVR is properly installed and try again’
i tried installing the no VR mod and i still get this problem.
how do you get this game to work without VR? anyone?
Well the game requires a virtual reality headset so of course you can’t play it with the headset.
The mod doesn’t work for you so after that the error still occurs, what can I do about it?
The links are dead, I’d like to get the updates but when i click the links it says that “they can’t find what i’m looking for”. I’d very highly appreciate it as I’d like to have liquid inside the bottles and all that jazz that came with the updates. Thank you

It didn’t I tried the VPN thing and it didn’t work, thank you though. I’d like the 1.2 update and 1.4 update please. I’d also appreciate it if you could get the latest update uploaded (if you can’t it’s alright, I’m just asking) which if I’m not mistaken it’s 1.5.2. I tried installing the updates, says it’s made for VREX (i downloaded the game from a different website so it makes sense). And the VREX game link says the same as the updates. I am so sorry for bothering you with this stuff but could you also put the main game here please?
