Cant install keep getting “An error ocured when unpacking! Unarc.dll returned error code-1 ERROR: archive data corrupted(decompresing fails)”

I followed the steps and it’s still not working. I got an error extracting it same with Assassin’s Creed Black flag. Could the error have caused it?
I downloaded Ninja Storm it had no password and it extracted and installed correctly.
