Try to install the game in Compatibility Mode:

Step 1: Right-click on the executable file used to install the program, and select “Properties” from the menu.

Step 2: Click the “Compatibility” tab.

Step 3: Check the box next to “Run This Program in Compatibility Mode For” and select “Windows 7” from the drop-down menu.

Step 4: Click on ‘Apply’ and click ‘OK’

Step 5: Double-click on that program’s installation file to install the game.

Then mount the disc image file which you used to install and then just run the fifa app in the fair light folder.
