A: How to install/start the game?
Q: Most of the time you will encounter 3 cases:
– Case 1: the games are already installed => you just need to unzip and play.

– Case 3: you get the installation file after extracting => you simply install it and play.

A: My game/installer not working?
Q: Could be one of the following reasons:
– Your Windows is missing the necessary drivers to launch the game or the installer. You need to update to the latest version for all windows drivers, such as .NET Framework, C++ Redistributable,… You can find them on Microsoft site, or you can download our package here (includes basic drivers, taken directly from Microsoft): https://igg-games.com/how-to-install-a-pc-game-and-update.html#not-working
– You have set the installation/game directory at too long path, like “C:\skdfldo\sdfwef\ggwq\long-path…”, you should put them in a shorter path, like “C: \games”.
– Or it could be because you have Anti Virus turned on, they will often block the installer, or delete the cracked files, so you won’t be able to complete the installation or launch the game => Temporarily disable Anti Virus, or exclude the game folder (The method used to crack games is similar to the method used to code malware! Anti-virus programs will detect the crack as a virus and delete it, even though it isn’t!)

can’t find the steam emu.ini to change language !!
File explorer > View > Show > Hidden items
its already ‘tick’ the hidden item. In option already ‘tick’ show hidden file, folder. Change the language on steam emu.ini on other game before..just can’t find it on this game. The game download from ovagames.com(ElAmigos version) should be the same, this website password to extract also www. ovagames.com.
Language can be changed in “engine\source\bin\x64\tenoke.ini, try put the tenoke.ini but not work.. must tenoke version ?

Nevermind..i found a way to change the subtitle not audio. Audio way i know just download and overwrite those file from tenoke.
Example: want change to chinese, so use this way to:
Dying Light The Beast\engine\source\bin\x64\steam_settings “force language” change to the language “schinese”. Depend which language wanted, want subtitle chinese but english voice, so delete the chinese audio pack “speech_cn” in Dying Light The Beast\ph_ft\work\data_lang, guess delete the chinese audio and force to english. It work.
The steam_emu.ini may be missing put inside the installation pack, cause download the game from ovagames.com and gamepciso.com. After install the game, both site also don’t have steam_emu.ini. Fitgril there may include cause show how to edit in steam_emu.ini, but don’t have download from there and try.

Tenoke updates are weird.
The 1.3.0 update ist not compatible with the current 1.2.4.
So I have to uninstall the game, reinstall it up to 1.2.1 to update it to 1.3.0? 🥴
Or it try again to use my savegames with the ElAmigos version.

If i install updates like “1.2.2 -> 1.2.3” or higher i get some errors.
The game does not start. I can use the crack from the base game, then i get this error.

Open the “Update” folder, run the EXE file
Open the “Crack” folder, copy those 2 folders and paste them into the game install folder.
