For those who encounter the Nvidia aftermath library issue, I solved it by going directly to the installation folder and running modernwarfare.exe (instead of the desktop shortcut)

2. Copiar los archivos de la ISO en la carpeta creada

Use desktop shortcut as directed, then a cmd prompt window opens up (IW8 1.38 offline by .r4v3n.
Then a warzone splash screen for a few minutes, then both close and nothing else happens.
Shortcut by default set to run as admin.
