How do I change the language?
There are three methods to change the game language, first is from game options (if available), second is from language changer (if available), third is by edit language line in .ini file (example steam_api.ini or steam_emu.ini or codex.ini or skidrow.ini or 3dmgame.ini) if your windows hide the common extensions, the name of the file will be without the ini, example “steam_api”. the icon looks like a txt file icon) ^^

Hello there. I encountered some problem when downloading the CODEX Google version. They were all couldn’t be downloaded somehow even using Drive and Wifi. If it is not much problem, could you have a look to see if the files were alright? Thank you.
They’re fine, but maybe what you encountered is 24 hours limited, this used to be how to fix this: https://gamepciso.com/guide-fix-error-limit-download-google-drive/, but like I said in that link, google fixed this as well so I don’t know if that’s gonna work for you ^^

Made a good series bad buy going to arcade style racing over the true simulator that brought fans! Now its just like Forza H4 which is not a bad game but we all thought PC3 would be the evolution of SIM RACING GAMES yet its another sell out series to appeal to the masses
