Why I can’t running the game? It say “no licenses ” on steam… I have copy the Crack and the steam64.dll file but its still not working 😑

when i start it open it steam so dont work!
it’s because you forget to apply the crack by copying all the files in the CODEX folder and pasting them into the game install folder.
i extracted i installed i applied the crack but when i open the game it tells me if i wanna accept policy but i cant click anything please help ty!!
