i downloaded ultimate edition everything fine i run setup.exe i finish install but when I open the game it tries to open it from my steam and i cant access game what can i do ? :/
you have to apply the crack manually for that version
copy all the files in a folder named “RUNE” (you should get it after mounting the ISO file) and paste them into the game install folder ^^

Does the Final Additional Mission and Legend Dawn pack included?
you can try to install the update 1.0.8.0 to see if it will work or not
if not, make a copy of your save files (search One Piece Pirate Warriors 4 save file location on google to know where the save files are located) then after installing the new one, paste your old save files into that location again.
I still don’t understand what you’re trying to say but if it’s simply how to install the update then after extracting the RAR file:
If you get an EXE file, run it,
If not, copy all the files in the folder and paste them to the game install folder.
Gear 5 was literally just released a couple of hours ago. It’s gonna take us weeks or even months probably before we get a cracked version. Most people are just gonna wait until the Character Pass 2 is completely out before working on releasing a crack version for it.
Feel free to do so, but I have to tell other people that since I don’t know the source of this version, I can’t say that it’s safe to use, try it yourself, have fun ^^

I installed the game played it but cutscenes wont work it just goes black screen for few seconds then cuts into gameplay again i even checked settings andi tried playing cutscenes in gallery but its the samething: black screen then goes back to gallery any help? thanks

is the game down? none of the links work but uptobox and its not letting us download to the US, I used a VPN but i can only download one file every hour and a half
I checked and all links in “One Piece Pirate Warriors 4-CODEX” & “Link Mirror” are alive, but for links in Link Mirror, sometimes they limit the links, open them in incognito mode or use your VPN, they will appear as normal ^^

Probably this is because you forgot to copy the crack or you put the crack to wrong folder or your antivirus delete the crack file. The solution is disable your antivirus and replace the crack file into the game install directory ^^

2. Try this to see if it resolves your issue, make sure you have latest graphic drivers for your gpu as well. By disabling dpi scaling for the game, I was also able to instantly launch the game without waiting on the black screen.

How to include DLC in the game
If I’m not wrong, they have to be cracked and then you can install them but for this game I couldn’t find any cracked DLCs.
