After double-clicked exe, it says “Unable to Initialize Steam API“I tried to set firewall to block exe but still the same.Do I need some steam emulator or something?

It’s because you haven’t applied the crack.
There’s a folder named “CODEX” you get after mounting the ISO file.
Copy all the files in that folder and paste them into the game install folder.
