1. Extract
2. Burn or mount the .iso
3. Run setup.exe and install
4. Copy crack from CODEX dir to installdir

I have the same problem I have Nvidia GEForce GTX 1650 16 GB of Ram. Opens then closes.

The fix is change the date on your computer to Nov 30 2017. There’s an app called Runasdate that can change the date while you run the game and it will change it back when you close the game http://www.nirsoft.net/utils/run_as_date.html
