You’re home alone at night when you’re jolted awake by a blaring news report. A dangerous maniac is on the loose, unstable, unpredictable, and already responsible for multiple murders in the area. Moments later, the power cuts out. Then you realize… you’re not alone. Someone is outside, and he’s looking for a way in.

Your house is too remote to simply run away. He would catch you. Your only hope is to stay hidden and try to find another way to escape.

“He is Outside” is a survival horror game where you must escape from a relentless serial killer invading your home. There are three possible escape routes, each requiring specific items that are randomly placed throughout the house. Every time the killer gets you, you wake up as if it were just a nightmare, only for it to begin again.
