There are four main metrics in Regista: Fans, Money, Media and your Team.

Every choice matters, every single one of them will request something nonstop. It is important to keep all metrics in balance. When any of them reaches zero or hundred, you will lose control of that metric and either lose the game or be heavily punished by another metric.

So, do not give total control to anyone. Play safe, sometimes make unwanted choices but survive through seasons to reach the top!

Your choices will affect everyone in your club from the bottom to the top. To stay in balance, you will make decisions even if you do not want to. Like firing your finance team or keeping your mouth shut about your players’ actions to survive the season. Even risk your own reputation to keep the club intact.
