when i extract the file it needed password

At the security prompt with the numbers it doesn’t work it just says it is wrong even though it’s correct
which link and which numbers?
sometimes after I enter the password there’s another security prompt where I have to write some numbers like 7 x 7 sum like that but it always says its wrong
