They’re just different crack groups or same crack groups but got repacked afterward by someone else.
In this case, the ElAmigos one is the most updated one.

I know this is a dumb question but, how does one install the update ? Or is that an already updated version?

After extracting the RAR file, if you get an EXE file, run it.
If not, copy all the files and paste them into the game install folder.
Also, sometimes an update RAR file will include multiple update, the one mentioned in the name of the RAR file and all the ones previous it, you have to install them one by one in order.
